Even if one could scan like that, there is usually some kind of human interaction needed. That being said there are many tools that can be run from a USB as I have many myself.but honestly never use them.Īren't you screwing yourself out of work, and it ain't that easy anyway.
You can just set them to run at each start. I would say this is what all AV programs are for. I'm sure there is a way, but it would be over my head to be honest. The program must be contained on the drive itself and in the verbiage that accompanies the USB, some peace of mind offered that the drive is clean. I wonder is you know of a program which will autorun every time a USB Thumbdrive is inserted that will scan the drive for nasty stuff (and, ideally, eliminate it).
